Refunds and Reprints
We will refund or reprint your order at no additional cost in the following cases:
- The product is defective or flawed.
- There is a design error: the design does not match the information provided on our site.
- The product details (e.g., type or size) do not match the order.

Refund Request Process
To request a refund, you must report the issue within 14 days of receiving your items. Please include the following details when contacting our support team:
- Your order or invoice ID.
- A picture of the wrong or damaged item (if applicable).
Once we evaluate your request, we will process it within 1-3 business days. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued within 2-3 business days.
Returns
If you receive the wrong or defective items, you do not need to return them to us. In these cases, we will approve a refund, which is expected to arrive in 2-3 business days.
Important Notes
We do not process refunds, reprints, or returns in the following cases:
- The order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., incorrect shipping address, failure to receive delivery, or not picking up the package).
- The order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside of our control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters, the package showing as “delivered” in the tracking system, or lost after delivery).
- The item matches the description provided.
Cancellation Policy
You have 24 hours after making a purchase to request a cancellation. A management, processing, and transaction fee (10% of your total order value) will be applied for cancellations. After this time, the item will enter production, and we will not be able to cancel the order.
Refund Processing Times
- PayPal Accounts: Refunds processed within 48 hours.
- Credit Card Accounts: Refunds processed within 10-14 business days, depending on your card issuing bank.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges or returns for incorrect sizes unless the wrong size was sent due to our error. For issues like printing problems or product defects, we will resolve them for you. Please contact us first, and we will guide you through the process. Do not send your purchase back unless we authorize the return.
Compensation
- Points or Coupons: Issued within 1-2 business days.
- Repair Requests: Processed within 7-14 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
